Dynamic Provider Assignment: Enables recruiters to select a preferred video conferencing platform and instantly create customized candidate booking links via the internal setup interface.
Automated Meeting Embedding: Authenticates with the selected provider upon candidate time slot selection to automatically generate and embed virtual meeting details into finalized calendar invites.
Reduced Administrative Overhead: Eliminates manual link generation and copy-pasting across all interview scheduling flows.
2. Intelligent Routing & Interactive Mapping via Open Route Service
Type: Enhancement
Previous Version: The system relied on the Haversine formula to calculate travel metrics, yielding straight-line “Air-Distance” distances rather than true on-road driving mileage or accurate ETAs. Furthermore, mapping lacked automation, requiring users to research and enter exact geolocation coordinates manually instead of using seamless address searches or interactive map pins.
What’s New: Introduced a comprehensive OpenRouteService (ORS) integration to enhance mapping, routing, and logistics across multiple service and delivery components. Within the Service Appointment interface, ORS powers an interactive map that automatically translates searched addresses into exact coordinates and reverse-geocodes dropped pins to instantly populate address forms. Furthermore, the Resource Dashboard and Shipment Scheduling screens leverage the ORS Matrix API to batch-calculate true on-road driving distances and accurate ETAs, ensuring daily technician routes and unassigned shipments are optimally sequenced within designated service radiuses.
3. Employee Leave Management & PTO Requests
Type: Enhancement

5. Interview Setup and scheduler
Type: New Feature
Previous Version: NA
What’s New: Built out interview scheduling end-to-end: resume upload, HTML confirmation emails, and decline/reschedule flows driven by URL action parameters. Prevented concurrent double-booking of interview slots.
5.Shipment Scheduling
Type: New Feature
Previous Version: NA
What’s New: Added a resource-based assignment flow: select a resource, then based on that resource’s service radius and a chosen date, fetch all shipments whose shipping address falls within that radius, and bulk-assign them to the same resource and the same delivery date.
Release 7.0
Release Date: July 27, 2026
Package Name: Logistics Package
Version: Logistic@1.141.0-1
1. Record-Level Inbound Logistics & Goods Receipt Management
Type: New Feature
Previous Version: NA
What’s New: This feature enables end-to-end tracking and execution of inbound shipments directly from the Purchase Order page. Users can review active shipment records, create new inbound shipments by selecting specific PO line items and quantities, and record critical details such as carrier info, contact details, delivery addresses, and notes. During the goods receipt process, the system allows for precise inventory allocation—including warehouse locations, bins, batch/lot tracking, and serial numbers—while assigning receiving statuses and completing mandatory quality assurance checks and parameters.
2. Multi-Product Selection on Create Transfer Order
Type: Enhancements
Previous Version: Users previously had to add products to a Transfer Order one by one, performing a separate search and selection action for every single line item. This streamlined multi-product selection feature allows users to search, select, and add multiple items to a Transfer Order in a single, bulk workflow.
What’s New: This update introduces a bulk product selection screen to the Create Transfer Order workflow, allowing users to filter items by Product Name/Code, Family, and Sub-Family, select multiple rows via checkboxes, and append them all in a single action. Each row provides real-time stock visibility—including warnings for out-of-stock items—while enabling users to perform serial and lot number lookups, enter quantities, and add descriptions before adding the items to the order. Once appended, line quantities and descriptions remain fully editable, and items can be removed individually prior to final saving.
3. Freightview Integration
Type: New Feature
Previous Version: NA
What’s New: This feature integrates Freightview directly into the system to streamline multimodal shipment management across Less-Than-Truckload (LTL), Parcel, and Full Truckload (TL) carriers.
4. Logistic and shipment creation through record level
Type: New Feature
Previous Version: Previously available only within the Outbound Logistics.
What’s New: Outbound logistics can now be created and managed directly at the record level, enabling end-to-end execution of the entire fulfillment process—including picking, packing, and shipping—all within a single, unified view.
5. Kit Grouping Visuals in Outbound Logistics
Type: New Feature
Previous Version: Previously, kit component line items were displayed identically to standard logistics lines, making them difficult to distinguish. They are now highlighted with distinct visual color-coding, allowing operators to immediately identify and differentiate kit components from standard line items at a glance.
What’s New: Added kit grouping in manual logistic creation, pick, and pack screens. Provides visuals of grouping kit line items using color coding.
6. Logistics Validation for Complete Kit Line Items
Type: New Feature
Previous Version: NA
What’s New: Added validation for manual and auto logistic creation. If a kit is missing required lines, logistic creation is blocked if ‘pack all’ is true. If false, partial logistics can be created.
7. Configurable Kit Products Logistics Creation
Type: Enhancement
Previous Version: Previously, logistics creation for configurable products was restricted strictly to items flagged as manufacturable.
What’s New: Allows logistics creation for non-manufacturable configurable products, treating them as configurable kit products with ‘pack all’ validation to prevent shipping incomplete configurations.
8. Shipment Tracker Dashboard
Type: New Feature
Previous Version: NA
What’s New: This update introduces a central dashboard to monitor active shipments in real time across six key stages—Initiated, Picked Up, In Transit, Out for Delivery, Delivered, and Cancelled. Beyond providing end-to-end status visibility, the feature includes automated customer notifications triggered at key lifecycle transitions, alongside overnight scheduled batch runs that regularly update and synchronize carrier tracking data.
9. RMA Return Process for Kit & Configurable Kit Products
Type: New Feature
Previous Version: NA
What’s New: This feature manages the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) process for standard and configurable kit products by automatically calculating and populating individual return prices for each kit component based on the original sold prices of its Bill of Materials (BOM) lines. By mapping component returns directly to historical sales data, the system ensures accurate financial credit calculations and precise inventory valuation without requiring manual price adjustments.
